Suzuka (Anime) add (All reviews)
Apr 19, 2014
kouji seo is by far my favourite author, he has an ability to emit emotions through his art which can be described as being a mixture of old schoold manga with new school techniques.Suzuka was the first ever romance that truly caught my attention not only because the themes are realistic and the plot is consistent but the art style is not you're typical cutesy anime style that we get a lot of nowadays the style is very mature in nature and suits the themes well.In order to appreciate this anime you must also read the manga believe it's worth the time Suzuka gives Yamato a run for his money which makes his character go through a lot of changes which we do see at the end.I would recommend this anime to anyone that is into romance this is a must have in you're manga and anime list, this anime is not heavy at all in fan service and the story focuses in the perspective of Yamatos quest to conquer suzukas heart, the has a very interesting choice of characters which clash with each other rather than complimenting each other as opposed to more modern animes, the story is not overwhelming at all and is as realistic as it can be. This anime is a love story and a beautiful one. the sequel to this beautiful story continues in the new manga by Kouji Seo called Fuuka.
