Story: 9/10
Sakurasou is a really interesting anime when it comes to the story. The genre it is labeled as is comedy, drama, romance, and school. The story itself does include a lot of the points of comedy and romance. There are many times where the romance between two of the problematic students/residents make it very hilarious. There is a lot of drama when it comes to the conflicts that Sorata encounters with Mashiro. Thus, the story shows that it truly is a piece of art.
Art: 9/10
The art in this anime is amazing since Sakurasou has a famous artist, aka Mashiro. Mashiro is a manga artist in the anime and her drawings are outstanding. The anime had a lot of details and the way colors were chosen brought out the potential the setting had. The combination of the two works of art made it seem like it would be difficult to try to replicate since Mashiro's drawing was more detailed than the scenery.
Sound: 9/10
The audio in the anime was really well done. The songs are such as the opening and ending are really amazing. I really love the songs since they are very enjoyable. Mashiro's voice actress made Mashiro sound amazing at almost every part of the story. Sorta's voice actor voiced out Sorata's feeling when he was feeling down and depressed.
Character: 10/10
The personality of each character made the anime amazing since each character was very different from one another. One was a lonely insider. Another one was like a girl magnet. And the other ones were really strange like Mashiro who can't seem to take care of herself. They all had a fun personality and attitude when they were in Sakurasou.
Enjoyment: 9/10
To me, i really enjoyed the anime. The anime had many parts where i couldn't help laughing. I enjoyed the romance since it was really funny by how Misaki(a resident of Sakurasou) tries to earn someone's heart. I thought that there would be more romance between Mashiro and Sorata, but there wasn't much. Their school life was really amazing since they are very different from the "normal" students.
Overall: 9/10
Personally, i don't think this can be called a "10" since i believe that the romance part could have been much better. Mashiro made a lot of the moments awkward, or very hilarious. I would recommend it to people who are interested in comedy animes and such. There is romance in it so i would also recommend it to romance lovers, but not as much. The anime truly is amazing since it brings out the potential of each character.
