Campione! is a harem, magic, ecchi with fan service, hardcore make out scenes and one borderline hentai scene. To say this is a "romantic" ecchi, is pushing it. It isn't on the surface anyways. As far as the story goes, it is your basic harem/ecchi and really isn't anything new. The character development is lacking. The harem story lines are not as in depth as you would like to be. The fourth girl enters in the 11th episode and by the end of the series you know nothing about her. It seems they tried to cram too much info into just 13 episodes. Grant it, this could be remedied by a 2nd season, but until that happens this anime is average at best.
