This anime really lives up to it's name for it is truly Chaos and will have your head spinning for days. I have just completed the series and I found it to be very interesting, and by that I mean it held my attention with gigantic phrases and theories that sound smart, but in retrospect are basically preachings from the gospel (or something like that). The hook for this story is the insanity that Takumi goes through after receiving an e-mailed picture of a murder, which was the latest in a series of killings called The Exge killings. He then goes mad as he tries to prove he isn't the murderer and that he is a real person (this comes up later down the line). As for my opinion, I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers. Sometimes I had to pause and rewind to catch what was going on, but it wasn't too bad.
Overall I give this 9/10, it really put some reality bending ideas into perspective and made them seem plausible with inexplicable reasons and theories. And the ending was phenomenal (although some may not agree), it was dramatic and made sense to some degree.
