The character were so poorly developed and weak that I had no vested interest in the show. The story line jumped from place to place with little rhyme or reason aside from trying to be edgy or create some kind of twist. I was thinking the entire time that somehow there would be intense fights with diary owners playing off of each other like an intense game of chess but alas I was disappointed. I really believe this is probably one of if not my least favorite anime now.
On a side not I cannot believe how many people talk about Yuno being a good character or saying she and Yuki would make a great couple. She is insane! A protagonist that has even the slightest bit of strength would have killed her or found a way to leave her behind after about episode 4 or 5.
