The overall animation style, character movement, etc. is just average run of the mill bland and even sometimes just plain bad. (that's it for the negative)
however the quality of animation production can be ignored because of the amazing concept and plot behind it.
The metaphysical tonality it bares with the fact that the main character watches anime and the reference about anime inside the anime adds to the mind bendingness of chaos head.
Chaos head is not only entertaining but also educational as the plot deals with real scientific/ mathematical theories such as quantum electromagnetics, the law of attraction and the power of thought, bringing attention to the use and effects of modern technology and mind control.
That's why I give Chaos head a 8/10 and recommend to any true anime fan who loves suspenseful, psychological, action, comedies
