Story 7/10: The story is not very exciting or intense it's just a shonen, the story is more of an 'excuse' for the characters to journey around together everywhere, although there is a big objective to it all they get sidetracked a lot into other things to do with inuyasha the main character or just random stuff. Entertaining, if you're looking for something really deep you came to the wrong place.
Art 7/10: The art is alright but not too good for some of the demons in my opinion it could have been better but the main characters were portrayed well
Sound 7/10: Sound in the fighting bits is actually really good apart from that, average.
Characters 9/10:
Like most shonen animes this is the most important thing. The main character Inuyasha carries the anime a lot of the time, he is a rough half demon who refuses to admit he has a soft side, anime is named after him and he's awesome and makes the show entertaining.
Kagome is found by most people annoying because she is the goody two shoes girl although she can be alright at times shes mostly annoying. Kikyo is alright you will see which one you prefer more. Miroku and Shippo are good sidekicks for the characters and are funny a lot of the time and bring entertainment. Sango can be a bit of a depressing bag at times but meh she brings an awesome pet to the table.
Enjoyment 7/10: At times this anime is boring and just rambles on about one episode arcs that they just travel and get stuck. you need to be patient in some episodes because after there are some awesome ones.
Overall 7/10: I would recomend this anime if you are looking for a anime with a light story and some fun characters. Take breaks from watching it, you can't watch too many episodes in a sitting or you will get bored take your time with it, if you are considering it I recomend you give it a try and enjoy it.
