The Story is a 9 because it isn't anything new,the characters is your standard archetypes nothing too special, but the overall show is so great its sweet and innocent,the characters personality mix well so there isn't too much drama it's takes away from the show, just enough to keep you watching.
The art and music is fantastic, when there singing and dancing the quality doesn't go down, A-1 Pictures outdid themselves, the songs are great the voices mix well the couldn't have asked for better results from the voice actor's. (i re-watched 6 times.)
The romance it on the lighter side only adding hints, that's the biggest problem as i was going though season 1 and 2, I was always yelling "get to the freaking kissing scene" but due to "rules" that won't happen if that's what your looking for you won't find any in S 1 or 2.
(There will be a 3rd season in 2015 if you like season 1 and 2)
