Mixed Feelings
So this is a rather interesting story about a close minded girl finally opening her mind. And the really interesting thing about this is that they actually show us the reason she doesn’t believe in princes, and it all stems from her mother. Her mother became rather strict after her father ran off with another man and would not allow any stories about princes or princesses in her house. She engraved the idea that there was no such thing as a prince and that she can live without men. What a wonderful mother to smash her child’s dreams at a young age, right? But then, this manga does something that others don’t really do and that is to explain in a reasonable way why our main character thinks the way she does.

Now the guy… he really acts odd. The very first thing he says to a girl when they are alone (our main character none the less who said she doesn’t like princes) is that he doesn’t fit the prince idea and reads erotic books. Seriously, why would someone actually start out a conversation like that? And then he keeps on calling her Cinderella and Princess afterwards as he tries to be nice and helpful to her. So he really does fit the prince idea by being so kind even if his other ‘side’ is not.

This manga pretty much talks about every girl wanting to be a princess, someone’s Cinderella no matter who it is. I’m not sure if that is fully true since my idea of a prince really isn’t the idea of a prince others have. Still, I guess It was pretty good fir a one shot, not to long but something feels like it went a little to fast on her falling in love with him.

Artwork is standard Shoujo looks so not much to talk about. Nothing really stands out from any other Shoujo out there.
