Okay, so, I watched all eight episodes. It didn't take me long since it's really short. But honestly, it was way too short. That's the only bad thing, really. The only bad thing. If you don't like super short anime, then don't watch this one. But if you like sexy girls, then YES WATCH THIS ANIME BLACK ROCK SHOOTER IS SEXY. She is really sexy, honestly.
Okay, so the story is just as it says. But it's a really hard anime to understand. You won't get much of anything until episode 5. It's pretty dark at times, too. And psychological, even. But nothing is explained to you--that's because it's explained later. So before dropping this anime on it's butt--think.
Also. Around episode 5, things get insane. Pretty insane. My opinion is that after episode 5 is said and done, the anime became amazing.
The art in this anime is great, too. The two different worlds thing was interesting, too.
By the way, before you even think this is a Black Rock Shooter is a mahou shojo, I'll slightly hurt you because it ISN'T. There is nothing "mahou shojo" about it.
This anime is a masterpiece. Just because you don't understand it, doesn't mean it isn't great.
