"The Pet Girl of Sakurasou". Doesn't seem very appealing.. Firstly, I don't like ecchi, so when I first saw the first few episodes, I wanted to stop, but I was curious. One thing I'll say is that I'll never forget this anime and I don't ever regret watching it.
(9) Story - The story starts when Sorata Kanda moves out of his normal dorms because he was attached to cats - into a 'problematic' dorm: Sakurasou. Then not long after, a girl, Mashiro Shiina moves in. Sorata has to take care of her like a 'pet' because Mashiro can't do anything right. It has a bit of romance and huge bits of comedy and sadness. I was surprised of the slight twists of the story along the way. Yes, it has ecchi throughout some of it, but that's what makes it funny.
(9) Art - I liked some of the faces they'd make, and since this anime is fairly new, it's modern art. I didn't think there was anything wrong with it.
(9) Sound - I loved the openings. But that's my opinion. Again, nothing really wrong with it.
(8) Character - I, personally, loved most of the characters. If you didn't at first, you'd come to feel their pain and love them eventually. They were unique - and they also changed slightly throughout the anime.
(9) Enjoyment/Overall - Also, it went in the realistic side of things - most anime are always over-the-top with things. That was one of the things I enjoyed the most. It almost brought me to tears when the it ended. All in all, it'll always be one of my favourite anime.
