about: Yusuke Urameshi is the typical "BAD boy Delinquent" in all animes. who only cares about himself. until one day he saves a boy that is to be hit by a car and dies in the prose. he is greeted by Botan she is basically a grim reaper who takes souls to the after life. she tells him he wasn't suppose to die and yada yada he becomes a underworld detective.
Story 4: The over all story is pretty cliche and simpletic. the main character is bad does stuff for good, change of heart, has to do it again. but during this cl story you get enveloped in the fact that every battle is intense and just plain SWEET. When the plot leads to the DARK TOURNAMENT its all life or death battles against strong demon. all the battles of this tournament did keep me watching because the fights were uber cooltastic. But thats ALL the story was was realy realy cool fights. the fact that yu yu hakushos story didn't make you think just battle after battle and expected character growth made me give it a 4.
Art 5.5 but you cant do that so 6 :) : in my option i Personally don't think a show needs van go degree art for me to watch it. yu yu hakushos art wasn't amassing to start with and realy declined when the became sick. but over all it was tolerable to all them peeps who need there shows to look to the calibur of the big 3,dot hack, sao etc..
Sound 3: sound wasn't good plain and simple. yu yu hakusho was made back in the day when all the cartoons and animes sounded crap couldn't tell back them but after re-watching its something i notice after comparing it to the 930489023trillion anime i have seen. you could understand character, no voices were too annoying to me....so threes company is the score.
Character 7: the characters are all cliche personalizes. yusuke bad boy turns honorable, kuwabara dumb but kind hearten rivle, kurama smart cool headed yet cool demon, hiei that guy who reminds you of vegita starts as a bad guy but WAY less annoying but still has the same craving for power. All yes follow the norm of this type of anime buy are all like able, cool I WANTED TO BE HIEI, and grow on you as the story progresses.
Enjoyment 8: Its that show that got me into it all. everyone has one if you haven't seen it then it will remind you of your show that got you into it all. its nostalgic for EVERYONE.
Over all 7: if you are sitting at work or home and have nothing to do and the latest ishu of your manga ant out then watch it. YOU WONT STOP TILL THE END unless you don't like it ery1s got there own opinion but i recommend it. O MY GLOB!
