Plot: 9.8/10
Clannad After story, as the name surgests, shows the what happens after the story of season one. Tomoya and Nagisa are dating and continue their school days. Like the previous season, Tomoya is going to fix new problems for new characters in new arcs. Every arc has a length of two episodes, so they will last long enough to make you care about the character and end before you'll be bored. And like season one, a new arc will pop up till actual plot. Now, i am afraid of telling the plot, beacuse it feels like i'm going to spoil something or forget something. All i can say, is that sad things will occur, so a tissue box should be bringed. But you can just read about the synopsis instead.
Art and animation: 8.9/10
The animations for After Story are very fluid and well animated for the entery of the series, like season one. And i also have to mention the scenes from the imaginary world are very well animated aswell. But there's not to much to say about the animations
Soundtrack: 9.6/10
The soundtrack for After Story is absolutely amazing. The tracks fit the sceneríes perfectly. I can't even say much more than they are just beautiful.
Voiceacting: 9/10
The voiceacting is great. Cute girls sound cute. Cool guys get cool voices. There's not much to say besides, they fit perfectly.
Opening and ending theme: 8.4/10
To be honest, all of the points here come from the opening. It has great scenery, good music and it fits the anime very well. And to be honest, i wasn't a big fan of the ending, but that's just my opinion.
Characters: 9/10
The characters from After Story are, as expected, very well devolveped. Supporting characters from the previous season get their chance to shine. And every character get enough screentime and development to actually make you care about them. Again, very well done.
MY personal enjoyment: 10/10
I still can't describe how good it is. Every minute that i spend in front of my screen was worth it. I enjoyed every single moment and i will treasure them till the very end.
Overall: 9.8/10
The Clannad series is one of, if not, the best animes (Or just fictional things in general) that i have watched. It's a very, very emotional anime that can transform an ignorant, spoiled brat like me, who barely showed any emotions while watching Elfen Lied or Hellsing Ultimate, into a crying little kid. I am sure that you have heard it before and i will say it aswell, After Story has many sad scenes and mutible that will hit hard. So i'll advice that you have a tissuebox with you.
