Story: The story is executed well but even though its not all that believable, most animes aren't. The situations that happened flowed well from one another and happened for a reason. The romantic subplots didn't take away that much from the overall theme of friendship and hardwork and was realistically done. The relationships that Kanda has are rather confusing and I think that they wanted Shiina and Kanda to be together in the end.
Art: The art is pretty standard but well done. I especially liked the character designs because they weren't overly flashy or complicated or unrealistic, and they all had different body types for the most part. They aren't extremely unique but they are recognizable. The hair styles weren't too outrageous. It is neatly done but nothing is very outstanding or negative about it. The characters were dressed similarly due to school uniforms which is common.
Sound: The opening is fit for the type of anime and the music throughout didn't add or subtract to the scenes in my opinion. The voice actors fit the characters very well. I don't know much about any voice actors so I can't help you there.
Character: The best thing about this anime is definitely the characters. They all have very good development and personalities and they all support each other well. They are a bit relatable in terms of failure and success and they do get impacted by events that happen, unlike characters that never seem to have consequences for their actions. They are all very lovable after learning more about their past. I found Shiina to be an exception to this because she is a typical naive and curious sexually character. Although the story itself was not very interesting to me, the characters made it extremely enjoyable and made me want to watch more. They are all well rounded even if somewhat stereotypical.
Enjoyment: Other people will probably enjoy this series because of the characters as well. At the surface, this anime seems like another typical slice of life because of Misaki, but if you watch on there is a lot more to it than just fanservice. Its simple and well done.

Overall a pretty good anime, you might cry at the end becasue of emotional attachment to characters, but its not that memorable. Most aspects of it didnt support or subtract from it.
