The story for mirai nikki is more or less if you were to take death note and fuse it with the hunger games, and it works pretty well. The show has particular fancy of bringing you down when you are up making it a bit of a roller coaster. The ending does't destroy the show but I can see it getting in the way for some people.

Action anime requires great animation, mirai nikki has amazing animation. The characters like great especially Deus and the world around everyone looks great too. But hey that's not where the animation shines, the fight scenes are. They're bloody, they're gory and they're awesome.

I can't say much about the dub considering at the time I'm writing this review it hasn't came out but nothing from the trailers say that the dubs going to be terrible and if it is sorry guys... as for the sub everyone sounds great. The OPs for compliment the well, first one coming a little bit on top of the other. The EDs don't work as much but there is something there

Yukki is a bit of a wuss but he doesn't complains less as the series goes on. Yukkis friends are fine as far as comic relief is considered, except for Akise. AKise is one of the more interesting characters in the show, as for why I can't go into it that much because of spoilers. Ones opinion on Yuno can change with the flip of a dime, you can love her at one moment or hate her at another, is their ever definitive time where you know whether to like her or not? no. With all that being said the character in the series who stands out the most is uryuu minene. I cannot tell you why due to spoilers but know that out of everyone she stands out the most.

If you have a show where you need to watch the next episode immediately after watching the first episode you know the enjoyment that pursues.

If your looking for a show with interesting characters and a lot of action this show is right up your alley.
