Sakurasou no pet na Kanojo Is an anime about a student who has been kicked out of his dorm at the school for keeping cats, He is moved into a dorm known for the colorful people who stay there. He soon makes friends with the people in the dorm and the story then begins to become more of a romance/tragedy with a few misadventures in between. Even though you can probably guess the ending halfway through it is a very good anime that I would recommend at least trying.
