What's similar: the overall vibe (romantic/introspective), the setting (high-school), the context and the circumstances of the two MC (a guy falls in love with his classmate, the other just kind of gets swept up in the whole thing and has to sort out his feelings on the subject).
Comments: Koimonogatari is deeper, more thoughtful and far less stereotypical (up to now); Blue Lust is more yaoi than shounen ai, the romance and where it's headed is much clearer (although both mangas are still publishing); also, Blue Lust has a strong tragic element, whereas the overall story in Koimonogatari is far more "mundane".
