Both mangas
- involve a guy whose best friend has died and was brough back to life as a girl.
-the friend starts falling for the guy while the guy still thinks of them as friends
- are comedies that also get sad at points
- involve letting go of a past life and moving on as a reincarnation
- are shoujos from a male's pespecive
- are awesome X)
Though it's been a while since I've read it, I got very similar feelings while reading Return as I did from NGL. The plots are kind of similar, in that they both deal with reincarnation, a guy being put into a very strange and new environment while only remembering his past life, and having to get used to new gender relations (In NGL, the main character is the only one who has not changed genders, while in Return, (s)he is the only one who has).
