Both have a creepy girl that will kill anyone who gets in her way. The Lolita from Ibitsu is even more twisted than Yuno; a total psychopath if you will. Lots of gore in both, but Ibitsu is a lot more disturbing (if you thought Higurashi was scary, think again! The Lolita is probably creepy enough to scare away the entire cast in Higurashi).
Recommended for those into horror and gore.
If you like psychological horror, couple up with some splatter, then you may like both of these mangas, there's an extremely obsessed girl in both, gruesome scenes with gore, mistery elements, twists here and there in the story, the protagonists are similar and instances where the crazy girl gets complete stalker mode, so if yandere is your thing, both can be of your liking. Mirai Nikki has more plot elements, since it's longer, but in terms of the horror, is where they are alike.
