Yubisaki to Renren and A Silent Voice are two manga series with a boy and a deaf girl who kinda likes him as the main characters—definitely check out either of these two if you want to see more deaf characters in manga or just in fiction in general. Also, the art in both of these are somewhat similar and are really aesthetically pleasing in my opinion!
Both mangas focus on the relationship of a boy and a deaf girl, though Yubisaki to Renren is more romance oriented and light hearted, the dynamic of the main characters will be as heartwarming as Nishimiya's and Ishida's. Art style is beautiful, and fits the gentle beauty of its story.
