These manga are two very different approach's to the same story. The budding romance between a boy and a deaf girl. Koe no Katachi takes a slightly darker theme tackling a lot of serious problems like bullying and suicide. On the other hand, Yubisaki to Renren is much more light hearted and focusing on the romance between the ML and FL. These are both amazing manga that I cannot recommend enough!!
A Sign of Affection and A Silent Voice are two manga series with a boy and a deaf girl who kinda likes him as the main characters—the tone of their stories aren't all that similar, but definitely check out either of these two if you want to see more deaf characters in manga or just in fiction in general. Also, the art and the shy nature of the deaf girl are somewhat similar, with the art being really aesthetically pleasing in my opinion!
Both manga have to do with the female main characters being deaf. Yubisaki to Renren has more romance, but both are excellent reads.

Both mangas focus on the relationship of a boy and a deaf girl, though Yubisaki to Renren is more romance oriented and light hearted, the dynamic of the main characters will be as heartwarming as Nishimiya's and Ishida's. Art style is beautiful, and fits the gentle beauty of its story.
