These are both delinquent themed manga, though Shonan Seven leans more into the comedy and laid back nature of the series. If you like the comedy in Crows and want more of that, you would definitely enjoy Shonan Seven.
Shonan Seven has much less serious stakes though, it won't be as high octane as Crows, if that's what you wanted more of in a series you'll still like Shonan Seven but it won't be as hardcore.
