Both being from the same manga,has its share of mystery in it and also lots eyecatching art and character designs and characters getting caught up into strange shit beyond their current understanding.

The ComiQ and Yu-Gi-Oh are two shounen manga made by Kazuki Takahashi. The story has a sense of thrilling mystery, though The ComiQ definitely leans more into the mystery aspect and trying to find the true antagonist behind everything. While the art styles are vastly different, the basic character design are very similar, especially in the female character(s)'s school uniform and the different hair styles. Fans of Yu-Gi-Oh should totally give The ComiQ a shot, especially when it's a quick read!
