Kimi ga Boku no Subete

You have a sweet and tolerant seme (the employee) who falls for our tough-as-a-cookie uke (the employer/senior) very quickly. He confesses his feelings, only to be left hanging. The entirety of the manga focuses on the development of trust and romance between the two, with the uke often resorting to bullying the seme (in order to find out his true intentions towards him). But while Tokyo is light hearted and shounen ai, Kimi ga is a lot more mature and has explicit sex scenes in it.
