Both manga feature protagonists with little time remaining. The protagonists seek ways to fill that remaining time and hope the lives they've led will leave an impression on the people they love.

They pretty much have the same plot.
Both are about a guy living together with a girl for his last few days on earth.
Both are bittersweet romance.
Jumyou wo...... is more believable as the guy has 3 months to live whereas in Half & Half, the guy only has a week.
All in all both are very good.

Both are about a person who only has a certain amount of time to live, and both of them involve another girl dropping into their lives and leaving a profound impact.
Same concept of relationship development where time runs out in the end.
