Both are about a cheerful girl with long orange hair who is really close with 2 guys, but isn't dating either. At first she thinks she likes one, but then realizes she actually likes the other too/more. They reminded me a lot of each other.

Stardust Wink is a lot more focused on the romance though, while Kirarin Revolution is mostly just about being an idol.
