Both are romantic comedies with similar type of the main female characters, similar feelings when reading.
Both are shounen harem rom coms with very awkward MCs who suddenly gets a fiancée due to various circumstances but are in love with another girl.

Both Nisekoi and Kakkou no Iinazuke deals with fate. Something just can't be avoided, death, old age and of course, a fiancée. If you think about it, Raku and the promised girl are fiancées. Kakkou no Iinazuke has Nagi and Erika switched place at birth and, are fiancées. Nagi isn't that good as an MC as Raku though, he has personality and is very likeable. The girls are all very simpable. Erika is Influencer Chitoge, and I love her. Hiro is the typical honor student trope, but I still love her. Now here’s something good, Nagi is a much more wiser mc and he acknowledges the feelings that all three
