They are both Manhwa's with unique styles that present deep themes. They are both also quick reads. I also have both of them rated about a 8/10.

The Horizon feels like Annarasumanara because of the suffering and harsh circumstances the protagonists go through. They're both webtoons with leads that learn essentially the same moral lesson at the end, in addition, both are great manwhas IMO and have a fair amount of romance but that's not the focus of Annarasumanara but the Horizon heavily plays into its romance.

Relatively short manhwa in which the MC(s) have to survive while immersed in a cruel/unfair world (the one more realistic than the other). Art is mostly black and white, which resonates with the themes of loneliness, fear and discrimination.
*If you decide to read one of these, take it slow and easy, and let it flow into you.
*If you are an introvert, then Annarasumanara definitely is worth reading.
