Both mangas are alike in their beautiful art, rich fantastical worlds, and cute character interactions. If you like reading mangas that have dark fantasy elements, then Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi is for you. Gruesome, raw and incredibly drawn, the attention to detail in the backgrounds, and the gorgeous panels of Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi reminded me very much of Mahoutsukai no Yome. On a superficial level, both involve an older male looking after/guiding the main protagonist, and they are related to the main protagonist in some manner, (future husband, father). Both of these mangas have tugged at my heartstrings, and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading
