In both these stories police detective work and fashion are themes. Deka Wanko is more of a pure comedy josei ( like hilariously funny!! ) while Kechonpa is more slice of life josei but they both solve crimes while dressed up in their respective fashions. In Deka she can appear stupid but she has a great nose for crime and is actually in the police but does not dress like it, while in Kechonopa she has another reason for wanting to solve crimes.
