Both manga focus horses, a life outside the city and horse racing. They are very enjoyable even if you don't like much about horses.
In Kaze no Sylphid they focus much more on the horses while in Ja Ja Uma Grooming UP! it is more about the main character surrounded by the horses while his interests in them grows and there is also some romance.
Ja Ja Uma Grooming UP! can be a little more mature as it show half nude graphics and breeding while Kaze no Sylphild can feel similar to Capeta and Prince of Tennis.
