Both involve a redhead princess born from dark haired royalty. She gets caught up in the middle of a political/royal war. Also both girls start as "weak" princess and later become strong and independent, becoming true leaders. Both cut their hair and they possess some sort of power in their eyes. They start travelling to know their country and meet several people. Even though the circumstances and the characters are different, in both the princess is in a sort of love triangle with her bodyguard and a prince.
Following the fantasy story of a young girl, both Reimei no Arcana and Akatsuki no Yona involves the adventures in a world of hardship. Both series' main female protagonist becomes a sort of scapegoat in a political affair. They are unhappy with the circumstance but attempts to find peace. Throughout both series, we see development for our main female protagonist as they realize and discover their potentials. The relationships they form with other characters also make powerful impact in their lives. There is also romance that comes in affair with various conflicts. Recommended for fans for fantasy/shoujo.

In both mangas, the protagonist is a red-haired girl who must fight for the good of a kingdom while finding the love and support of others.
Reimei no Arcana has a lot of similarities in the main character and overall they both have a historical fantasy setting. If you enjoyed Reimei no Arcana, I suggest also checking out Rei Toma's second work, The water dragons bride!

Stories of red-haired princesses whose royal lives are changed when they are forced from their birthplace. Yona (Akatsuki no Yona) and Nakaba (Reimei no Arcana) each have unusual abilities, as well as strong personalities that make them interesting, likeable characters.
