They both have a similar calm atmosphere. In both shows a character runs a shop.
In both shows the protagonist seems to be in love with the girl who runs the shop. Finally Seriho-san and Matsuri are a bit similar.
Both have many similar premises. A decent girl who runs a shop/store and another girl who seems to be interested in her and gets an opportunity to spend time with her at the shop. They then develop a cute relationship.
