"Otoyomegatari is set in central asia and "Fushigi no Kuni no Bird" is set in Meiji Japan.
Both of them show the amazing culture of different places in 19th century, exploring their daily customs in a very natural way.
Both of them have female protagonists who have to adapt in a new ambient.
