Both ukes are small, cute, and reserved, while the semes are handsome and more socially active. In Rin!, uke is dependent on seme due to a past tragedy, and in BnS, the seme is the only person that can emotionally understand the uke.
Personally, I think both stories are amazing.

Both are sweet and slightly longer BLs that focus on the development of trust and love between our two MCs. The uke is a cute and reserved boy, while the seme is taller and outspoken. The bond that these two share develops slowly, is realistic, and there is a LOT of healthy consent going back and forth between the two. Keep in mind, tho, that Bukiyou was never completed by its scanlation group.
