A group of Japanese schoolgirls taking a vacation abroad to make one last memory together. A tale of bittersweet parting. Plenty of their signature music too, as it should be. Both movies are also closed with beautiful songs that perfectly convey the groups' feelings.

As the beloved artists from both franchises are on the brink of graduation, they decide to take a trip aboard, London for Ho-kago Tea Time and New York for Muse. Cultural surprises ensue, and bonds of friendship remain strong.

Both animated movies serve as conclusions to their respective two seasons of anime TV series about groups of girls getting together and singing songs. The movies start with its group going abroad for a few days to perform there, and ends on a rather bittersweet theme of graduation.

A group of girls go to a foreign country as a graduation trip for the third years. They have fun, perform music, and is outright similar in every way. Although Love Live movie has more drama induced elements in them more than the K-ON did.
Overall, if you enjoyed both of these series IMMENSELY like I did. Checking out these movies is a MUST.
