Both these anime focus on the relationships of a group of people (this is probably true for most anime though): in Ouran it is the 'Host Club' members while in Working it is the part time workers at the family restaurant 'Wagnaria'. Ouran highschool or Koukou Host Club has the same relationship (except for the love part) from the girls in Working!! And Haruhi in Ouran. Except Ouran is much more in romance, but i can guarantee if you love Working!! You'll fall head over heels for Ouran!! The comedy in Ouran is priceless as well as the misunderstandings in Working!! The biggest difference besides the romance balance is that while Working!! is held in Wagnaria, a family resturaunt, Ouran is in a prestigious elite, highschool that has their own host club, but instead oa whisky, they have fancy tea and very expensive tea sets. one last

Both titles are romantic comedies about a group of high school students who get up to all sorts of shenanigans. Also, not really a major plot point, but both involve a cross-dressing main character (Working!! less so than Ouran Koukou Host Club, but trust me, it's still there if you stick with it.) Both are very funny and 100% guaranteed to cheer you up on a bad day!
