'Honey and Clover' is part of my favourites, as well as 'Saiunkoku Monogatari, 'Ouran High School Host Club', 'Blood +', 'Sora no Manimani', 'Minami-ke' and others that I cannot recall right now. Five are not enough, so I will utilize this space.
Recommendations are always welcome.

These days I am more interested in watching Japanese Dramas than animes - they can be better. Change, Hero, Gokusen, Atashinchi no Danshi, Producing Nobuta are some of my favourites, with Pride and Hotaru no Hikari at the top.
Some other Jdramas I liked:

14 sai no Haha
Kekkon Dekinai Otoko
Buzzer Beat
Love Revolution
Team Batista no Eiko (Gucchi :P and Shiratori make an interesting team!)
Dragon Zakura
Koukou Kyoushi 2003
Love Shuffle
Slow Dance - sometimes excrutiatingly slow paced, but Makino Isaki brightens it up.
And of course, 'others'.
Kimura Takuya, Fujiki Naohito (in Hotaru no Hikari), Takeuchi Yuko (in Pride) are some of the actors/characters I liked best. These names just came to m mind - maybe I'll write a comprehensive list some day.
Watching or on-hold or plan to watch include, among (several) others:
Natsu no Koi wa Niijiro ni Kagayaku

Itoshi Kimi e
Great Teacher Onizuka (much better than the anime! though not the best jdrama I've seen)
1% of Anything - the only Kdrama I liked (maybe I didn't come across any good one)
Plan to Watch: its more like 'several waiting' - sometimes its harder to START watching one, especially if its been waiting on your pc for months :-< I finally watched 'Dream Again' (not bad; Hina's character was fun). Hana Yori Dango is stuck at the 3rd episode for more than a year. Code Blue, Good Luck, A Million Stars falling from the Sky, Sunao ni Narinakute...its a long list.
Really want to watch: Hotaru no Hikari 2.
But I cannot FIND it!

Subtitles for all the eps can be found here at d-addicts. and if you can use torrents you can even download the raw episodes from d-addicts.

Yay! You've entered the world of Asian Dramas! Do you have any favourite genre? I can give you specific recommendations. Yep, Kimura Takuya is one of the best actors around! You should try "Pride"! Other good non-Kimura dramas are "Byakuyako" and "Bara no nai Hanaya", among many others.
