Both focus mainly on being very funny (in which they both succeed) instead of having an outstanding amazing plot, but in both there still is a small plot. The jokes aren't especially similair (seitokai has a lot of sexual jokes but it isn't ecchi, nor incredibly immature and baka has all kind of jokes) but if you enjoy either you'll probably enjoy the other.
Both are gag comedies with school setting. Main character is surrounded by female characters. Both are full of dirty jokes.
