Both have a group of superheroes, in Chouja Raideen they are only men and in Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 they are women. In the beginning of the story it’s kind of repeating little before the real story begins. Some of the support characters serve the same role too.
I think you will like Chouja Raideen more if you like comedy more as it has funnier events than Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.
