The anime is also about many couples, pursuing their love, most of which is in female perspective, in a school romance setting. It has more depth regarding the character(s) background and perspective. Both also have the same fluffy feeling to it.
If you want more fluffiness (i don't know how to describe that feeling) might as well as give it a try. Also, the heroines are beautiful

Both focus on more than just one couple, have (relatively) quick romantic progression, and have a cast of likable characters. Hatsukoi Limited is more streamlined with fewer characters and has a tighter plot, while Tsurezure Children alternates between a series of loosely related events that takes place with each couple. Hatsukoi also has a fair bit of drama towards the end, while Tsurezure does not.
Hilarious series with a bunch of different couples and their relationship hijinks.
