Both have school girls hanging around doing random things each episode.
Both have that one fake dodgy english speaking foreigner.
Both are funny and silly.
Both series have similar antics involving a group of school friends who play games and go through their day-to-day life with one another. Also, they both include a foreigner girl who is trying to hide how nationalized to Japan she is. While Asobi Asobase is considerably less cutesy and has a raunchier sense of humor, both can be enjoyed by anyone who likes watching a group of friends have fun with one another.
