Both are very similar because the MC changes resulting from the relationship he is in and overall grows his character by the end of the anime.
Both shows present main characters with different personalities inside and outisde school.
Both shows are a great romance adventure.
In both shows the boy and the girl start living togheter (sort of).
Both are romance. both are very wholesome. Miyamura and Amane both are weird outsiders at school but very caring. Both female acts are very popular at school, but have their own "mental problems". Not much drama on both animes
