If you're interested about also learning about painting technique, art making or history of Arts, these two anime are probably the best 2. They both go deep into showing the process of making each painting, and show examples of issues and questions that can come up when creating an art project.
Art was heavily focused theme on these shows. The protagonists show their passion on painting to become part of themselves. Their talent benefit themselves on the character development as well as taking inspiration from elsewhere. Moreover, these two were animated by the same studio, Seven Arcs.
