Both shows have characters unaware of the feelings they share for each other while the audience is shown it from all characters perspectives, they all deny their feelings for each other in both Romantic Killer and Kaguya-sama.
Both stories are mostly light-hearted and entertaining with hilarious scenes. In Romantic Killer, the protagonist tries to not fall in love while in Kaguya-sama, the protagonists are trying to get a love confession from each other without actually confessing themselves, so, the mastermind strategies are present in both animes. I would recommend both to romance and comedy lovers.
