1) Both anime have a close group of girl's as the main cast
2) Both anime have main character display strength feats not possible to those around them
3) While "didn't I say" has the main character hide or strength as best as she can, "Reborn to master" 's main character doesn't seem to care as much. But she does tend to hide it when needed.
4) Both main characters get real serious when their friends reputations/life's are on the line, like in most anime. But they feel similar in these situations.
