Cuteness. Really. That's all there is to it, just cgdct. One has humans that happen to really love their onii-chan, the other has nekomimi that happens to really love their master.
I can't really touch on anything else, but the lucidity of the two should draw you in if you are a fan of the genre. They may not bring a lot, but one has nekomimi to love and the other is a fun short.
