Whilst the two anime are indeed entirely different, they both follow protagonists who have a thing for being something of a trickster, whether that be playing one another via teasing and silly little frantic children commit, or if it is actual shills and cons in an attempt to reel in serious stacks. These anime know how to use their mind game elements, and present them in a fun little gamble making for an entirely enjoyable show leaning to more of the less comedic side.
Both are good comedy anime, you will know which audience they cater to but both are pretty good universally assuming you are
