Studio Deen animated both of them. And they both beat around the bush in the beginning, but progress as the anime goes on. Oh yeah, and they both have a bunch of bishonens.

Both of them are from the same company so the animation is kind of similar.
The main hero and heroine seemed alike to me.They are actually emotional and deal with their pasts but they try to look strong outside.
Both have supernatural stuff and fantasy.
Both has bishounen like characters.
The main antagonists have some relations with the main hero/heroine's family.
Both are dark supernatural fantasy have a sort of gothic feeling and atmosphere to it and lots of ara ara cutie bishies and they were also animated by studio deen as well too.
