Both shows feature the daily lives of certain characters within this setting as we check in on their everyday antics. Differences would be that Kyuuketsuki-chan has slight bits of romance within its comedy whereas Demi-chan has a bit more drama in the case of that coexisting happening where there are still prejudices abound.
