Girls with guns theme - One of the trilogy by Bee Train\'s Moshimo Koichi.

These series are extremely similar, sharing the same formula of girls, guns and mystery, as well as a large portion of the crew involved. El Cazador is the better of the two in my opinion - Noir is very slow to start, but El Cazador offsets its slowness with a great sense of humor.

Guns and girls, slow story, secret organizations, and they\'re both made by the same compnay... El Cazador brings in some nostalgia from the older Noir, however manages to keep it fresh with new characters and a story that\'s a bit more involved.

Both have girls and guns, Yuki Kajiura, same studio, similar plot line, and the same slow pacing. However, Noir is more serious than El Cazador tonally, and the episodic format can drag a little because it doesn\'t have El Cazador\'s sense of humor.

Same makers, and well basically similar atmosphere going on, both with 2 female protagonists, with awesome supporting characters.

Despite the dramatic difference in much of the tone of the series, El Cazador being decidedly more upbeat in general, they share similar plot structures, animation, and music.

Both were made by the same studio, and belong to a trilogy of series on the Guns With Girls genre. Both have a great story and music, and the main pair of girls won't disappointed Noir's fans.
